Reiki is an energy healing technique for restoring and balancing energy throughout your whole system – Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. It helps to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and help create a balanced environment in the body that facilitates healing. Just as our body is an intelligent healer, and will begin to heal an injury or illness without us needing to direct it to, so is Reiki. Positive energy is channelled through traditional, hand positions and will go where it is needed most to bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance and leave you with a complete experience of wellbeing and peace.
Distant Reiki is a great option if you can’t make it to an in person session and is just as effective. Energy can be sent regardless of time and physical proximity. This means it can also be sent to past trauma, and future events you may like help with.
Is Reiki safe?
Reiki is safe for everyone to use and is used effectively to support and enhance other forms of treatment including traditional medicine as well as other alternative treatments. People with medical conditions, pregnant women and cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can receive Reiki and experience it’s benefits. It is currently being used widely with success in hospitals around the world.
